Alfred State Finishes At The Top Of The AMCC In The Learfield Cup Standings

Alfred, NY- The Alfred State Pioneers notched their highest finish in the Division III Learfield Directors' Cup. The Pioneers finished 131st out of 430 schools, as announced on June 12th by the NACDA National Office.

The Pioneers finished top of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference and in the top 30% of all Division III schools after having a final total of 146.00 points. Alfred State scored 96.00 points in the Winter and 50.00 points in the Spring. This marks the best finish ever in the Division III era.

Looking at the rest of the AMCC, Penn State Behrend finished 145th (128.00 points), Penn State Altoona finished 215th (68.00 points), La Roche and Pitt-Greensburg both finished 285th (with a tie at 25.00 points).
