DeCarlo Honored by USCAA

Alfred State sophomore Krista DeCarlo (West Islip) has been named the USCAA goalie of the week.  DeCarlo helped the Lady Pioneers to a 2-0 week.

DeCarlo and the Lady Pioneers shutout Medaille 1-0 and North Country CC 2-0 on the week.  In each contest, DeCarlo made three saves to record the shutout.  She now has recorded three straight shutouts and has four on the year.

On the year she is 6-2 and has a 1.38 goals against average.  She has made 40 total saves.

The Lady Pioneers are currently ranked #6 in the USCAA Coaches Poll and take on Tompkins Cortland CC on Wednesday evening (8 p.m.).
