Nine Pioneers named to USCAA All-Academic Team

Nine Alfred State athletes were recently named to the USCAA All-Academic Team. The most recent announcement featured players that play in non-USCAA championship sports.

Five of the nine were members of the track & field program. Madison McDonald (Lansing), Mikaela Shaw (Attica), Kyle Glaub (West Seneca), Skylor Saxton (Scio), and Brandon Teboe (Falconer) all earned All-Academic team honors for the track & field team.

Lacrosse players Joseph Carr (Churchville Chili) and Dominic Arresta (Southhampton) and wrestlers Bradley Haggerty (Wellsvile) and Konner Kremer (Horseheads) were also honored.

To qualify for All-Academic status a student-athlete must be an upperclassmen with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
