Bartley Named Athlete of the Week
Sophomore running back Dileel Bartley (Rochester/Edison) has been named the Alfred State Athlete of the Week after scoring three touchdowns as the Pioneers defeated Erie CC 35-34 on Saturday afternoon.
Bartley caught three passes for 81 yards and registered scoring catches of 38 and 40 yards. He also had 12 carries for 45 yards including a 62-yard score.
On the year, Bartley has 155 yards rushing and 81 yards receiving for the 3-4 Pioneers.
Alfred State has this weekend off but returns to Pioneer Stadium on Nov. 2 when they host Hudson Valley CC for a Noon battle.
