Jordan Lazarich scored twice as Lycoming defeated Alfred State 2-0 on Sunday afternoon. Lazarich now has an amazing 14 goals in the Warriors eight games.
Lazarich scored her first of the game in the 16th minute after getting a through pass that led to the breakaway from Leanne Shaw. Lazarich cashed in on another breakaway opportunity in the 33rd minute after a pair of one-touch passes from Kaylynn Gose and Mackaella Goodwin.
Lycoming (5-2-1) held a 21-10 shot advantage in the contest. Allison Danielak (Brockport) made 10 saves for the Lady Pioneers.
The Lady Pioneers (3-4) have six days off before returning to action on Saturday when they host SUNY Canton at Pioneer Stadium. The game is slated for a 1 p.m. start.
