Bryant & Stratton defeated Alfred State 2-1 in a battle of two USCAA top ten teams. The Bobcats rallied from an early deficit to improve to 6-2-1 on the year.
Stormi Kruger (Medina) got the Pioneers on the board with her third goal of the season. Her shot found the top of the net after getting a corner kick pass from Chloe Cox (Tucson, AZ).
Kai Jacob tied it up in the 34th minute when her long shot found the top of the net after getting a pass from Andrea Giron. Giron set up the game winning shot with a long pass that lead to a break away for Portia Davis.
Alfred State held a 6 to 2 shot advantage in the 2nd half but could not get the equalizer. The Lady Pioneers finished with a 13 to 8 advantage in the contest.
Megan Hagadorn made nine saves for the Bobcats while Allison Danielak (Brockport) made three for Alfred State.
The Lady Pioneers are back in action next Saturday when they host Villa Maria. The game is slated for a Noon start.
