Rochester (MI) College raced out to an early lead and never looked back as they defeated Alfred State 75-30 on Saturday afternoon. The Warriors ranked is #2 in the USCAA.
Rochester held Alfred State to 14.3% shooting and forced the Pioneers into 20 1st half turnovers to grab a commanding lead.
The Warriors were by Brendan Adams who came off the bench and finished with 14 points and eight boards. Nick Tatu finished with 12 while Paris Pereira and Evan Walker both chipped in 10.
Hunter Spiotta (Oakfield Alabama) came off the bench and led the Pioneers with a career high nine points.
The Pioneers are back in action on Sunday when they take on Finlandia (MI) at Rochester. Tip-off is slated for Noon.
