Lady Pioneers Roll to Regular Season Finale Victory

The Alfred State women's basketball team rolled to a 70-32 victory over Davis College on Tuesday as they wrapped up the regular season. The Lady Pioneers, ranked #4 in the latest USCAA DI poll, are now 18-6 on the year.
Haley Witchella (Oxford) led the Lady Pioneers with 22 points while Helena Covington (Elmira Free) added 10. Allison Danielak (Brockport) and Steffanie Preston (Groton) both scored six points of the bench for the blue & gold.
The Lady Pioneers now await the announcement of the field for the USCAA Division I Tournament. The official announcement will be made Monday, February 23rd at 5 p.m. The USCAA Tournament begins March 4th at Penn State Fayette in Uniontown, PA
