Baseball Team Participates in Day of Service
The Alfred State baseball team was the largest group of students that took part in the Celebrate Service Celebrate Allegany in late October. The day featured over 200 Alfred State students helping area organizations.
The baseball players worked at Gil's Hill during the day of service. The team split and stacked firewood for the upcoming winter and also helped the staff with some fall cleaning.
The Pioneers have been key contributors to the annual work day in the fall and the Martin Luther King Day of Service in the winter.
