Track and Field Competed at Shortened Brockport Invite
The Alfred State track and field team competed at the Brockport April Meet on Friday that was shortened due to weather.
Women:
Emma Taggart (New Windsor, MD/Francis Scott Key) finished 7th in discuss with 31.52m.
Nicole Hume (Alexander) finished 11th in discuss with 30.29m.
Men:
Zach Rudewicz-Nepokroeff (Williamsville East) finished 3rd in long jump in 6.59m.
Jesse Johnson (Horseheads) finished 12th in long jump in 5.89m.
Derek Walter (Lancaster) finished 13th in javelin with 32.76m.
The Pioneers will compete next at St. John Fisher on Friday and Saturday, April 22-23.
