Adewumi Named #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week

Alfred State sophomore sprinter John Adewumi (Bordertown) has been named the #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week. Adewumi had multiple solid performances as the NYS Championships.

Adewumi qualified for the ECAC Championships in his two events over the weekend  He qualified with a 3rd place finish in the triple jump (13.60 m) and in the 100 m with another 3rd place finish (10.97) He was also part of the 4x100 relay team that finished 6th in 43.14.

Adewumi will compete at in the triple jump, the 100 m, and the 4x100 relay during the ECAC Championships, May 14-15 at Springfield College.
