Athletic Department Brings Christmas to Local Family
The Alfred State athletic department spread some holiday cheer by bringing Christmas to a local family of seven through the Christmas Box Program run at the Union University Church in Alfred.
Spearhead by men's basketball coach Jerry Jusianiec, members of the athletic department made donations to support the project. The department then purchased gifts and food staples for the family.
The department has sponsored a local family the past five years. The Christmas Box Program run by the Union University Church provides gifts for 20-25 local families.
